Each class is age appropriate and has been scheduled adequate
time for comprehension.
A 30 minute class time is just the right amount of time for 2-3 yr
olds!. As an add on class it works fine for an older child- However,
no dance class should be considered for a child older than 3 that is
only 30 minutes in length.
Pre-school 4-5 yr olds.class time is 45 minutes.
All other once a week classes are 1 hour
Pre-Pointe and Pointe are 60 and 90 minute classes
Ballet Program Ages 2-18
These classes are designed for the student wanting to take one
ballet class a week. All ballet classes include instruction in
barre, technique skills and performance preparation.
Character Dance - fun and lively with full skirts that twirl and
character shoes with just a bit of a heel. Perfect to compliment
rhythm and percussion and always a classic.
Pre-Pointe Program Ages 9-18
Attendance is required two or more times a week. Each level
requiring two or more years to complete.
Pointe & Company Ages 9-18
For students prepared to commit the time and energy into
developing technical & artistic skills.
Additional Classes beyond Ballet... A few notes.
Not all additional classes will be offered every season. Any
additional class for children should be in addition to a ballet
